Working on a relationship and mutual understanding with my Shadow Self… very complicated to explain but it is working for me… when I was finished with the ones I choose to draw out into the light I was just hit with a calm wave of ease and contentment. I bet the more I write, interview & describe what I am feeling/seeing of what I am surrounded by.
